It was a catastrophe! This unit should not be offered for rent! No ventilation in the bathroom. Toilet clogged after 3 days (I learned that the same thing happened last year). Cleanliness was apparent, but a thorough cleaning was necessary. My friends left after a week (and they paid in full for the rental - I was just a guest). There was also a gas leak in the oven; we were lucky not to all explode - I'll report this to the agency. The agency's operation left a lot to be desired - I left the place 10 days ago but I still haven't got my deposit back, never seen that before! It was the first and last time I rented from a private individual and not in the vacation residence! It was also my first rental with Locasun but I don't think I can say that I'm satisfied, even though the fault lies more with the agency that dealt directly with this accommodation. As far as the Locasun website is concerned, I think that a different system should be put in place; each rental sold should IMMEDIATELY DISAPPEAR from the list of properties on offer. Very nice apartment located off the road and therefore very quiet. Everything necessary is there, but the superfluous is missing. A washing machine would really be a plus and good cushions for a good night's sleep would be necessary. Despite these two points, I highly recommend this accommodation.
