Vacation apartment in a two-family house with private pool, on a hill overlooking the bay of Copanello, one of the most suggestive views of the Ionian coast of Calabria, just 700 meters from the sea. Ideal for large families, thanks to the large outdoor spaces and a garden with play area for children. Surrounded by green areas, the property also offers a beautiful terrace with swimming pool, in panoramic position with sea view, an area with barbecue for outdoor meals under a pergola. The beautiful beaches of Caminia, Pietragrande, Copanello and Soverato are reachable in a few minutes by car and offer bathing establishments, restaurants, bars, various services. During the summer the area offers various cultural, musical and religious events and festivals. A small pet can be allowed by arrangement with the owner, who must be informed in advance. Air conditioning in all bedrooms. For the morphology of the land, the whole complex is on several levels connected by some internal and external stairs. The house consists of a main building with living room and sleeping area and an annex with kitchen and additional bedroom, in an elevated position and with separate entrance. The garden with the play area is at street level, usually with little traffic. A short staircase with 8 steps leads to the upper level, with panoramic terrace with pool and entrance to the main building. It consists of a living room with fireplace and equipped library; it is on two levels connected by 6 steps. 4 more steps lead to the sleeping area with two bathrooms and three bedrooms, overlooking the back area with veranda. From the pool area, an external staircase leads to a raised level located at the rear of the main building, where there is a dependence with separate entrance and the pleasant veranda under a pergola equipped for outdoor dining with barbecue. The dependence consists of kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with double bed and gallery (steep staircase) where 2 additional beds (for children ? on request) can be added....
