Positive point: pleasant environment and swimming pool, spacious accommodation with air conditioning Negative points: dilapidated housing (SDB) and lack of cleanliness, obsolete equipment (electric hob, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, bunk bed not very conformable) By renovating the apartment, this accommodation would be very good

Well-located accommodation: close to the town center and the beach. Nevertheless, it could do with a refresh and a few improvements: mixer taps in the kitchen and bathroom, the fridge has trouble cooling. Air conditioning would be welcome. The parking space is much appreciated.
