This fantastic vacation villa with private pool is located on the outskirts of the small town of Quesada, just steps from the sandy beach and is ideal for a comfortable and relaxing family vacation. The villa has underfloor heating in both bathrooms. The town center offers a variety of international restaurants for everyone's taste and if you want to go shopping, there is a new shopping center in the heart of town. The water park of Quesada is very close to the vacation villa and offers a great destination for the whole family. The beach of Guardamar, which is one of the most beautiful fine sand beaches of the Costa Blanca, can be reached in 10 minutes by car. Don't miss Spain's largest shopping center ?Zenia Boulevard? about 12 km from the vacation villa. The pool can be heated on request and for a fee.
