Apartment Matija 1 is located in Seline, directly on the beach and 3 km from Starigrad, the center of the Riviera Paklenica which stretches for about 20 km at the foot of the largest Croatian mountain Velebit. The best thing about this apartment is its waterfront location, as you only need a few steps to reach the nearby pebble beach. Within a distance of less than a kilometer there are beaches, restaurants, grocery stores, a bakery and a tourist office. The entrance to the most climbing center in Croatia, the Paklenica National Park is only 2 km away. The park area contains 150-200 km of trails and trails, from those intended for tourists and locals to those intended for climbers visiting the highest peaks of Velebit.
