Small well located house, pleasant interior decor BUT several elements of minimal comfort are missing: enough to hang clothes (like wearing + hangers in the bedrooms) from the bedspreads, a chair in each room to put clothes in at night before going to bed, a parasol with a fixed foot to be able to take meals outside, on the garden table (unusable by hot sun due to lack of parasol) A larger and smaller pan cover, a large pan (the one that fits well for 2 people but not for 4 or 6 (if you have guests for a meal) A pressure cooker would be very practical and a second pan too....a second bowl a little bigger, one or two extra large dishes... That said, with these improvements this house would be really nice! I forgot: it would be convenient to have at least 2 keys to the house door so as not to be obliterated, when you have activities at different times, to hide a key outside for the one who comes in first!
