Gite located on the ground floor of a private house in the heart of a rural hamlet 5kms from villeneuve d'aveyron with all amenities at the crossroads of the southwestern rouergue and the languedoc crossed by the path of Santiago de Compostela (GR62B) strongly influenced by the medieval past of the Occitania; between the gorges of the lot (saint cyrq lapopie, cajarc, rocamadour) the gorges of aveyron and those of the tarn . you can visit the Templar cities of Larzac, the viaduct of Millau, the Roquefort cellars, the laguiole forges, the burons of the inns, the pareloup lake (fishing and swimming), micropolis (insect city),fortress of najac, city fortified with ropes over the sky, animal park of pradinas and gramat ,abyss of padirac and lantouy ,walk, horse or bike along the paths of the causses and admire cazelles and dolmens , leisure base, lake with wave pool and tree line, canoe, staircase ,walk small roads or alleys surrounded by stone buildings with small chapels or churches, go to one of the many night markets and take a gourmet basket or sit at a table and enjoy some tripe, various delicatessen (in the pig everything is good especially in the aveyron !!!!!!!!!! )truffades, aligot, cabecou, gâace a la broche, fouace accompanied by a glass of marcillac, go "cheer" to the sound of the accordion or other to one of the many rural festivals that animate the villages of our region and perpetuate traditions with folklore dances and threshing in the traditional way and many other animations..... if your holidays are long enough!!!!!!!!!! after all this you need to rest a little bit also offers you my gites :
