La casina di Teo is a small, detached 75 m2 barn that can accommodate up to 4 people, with 1 double bedroom, a double sofa bed and 2 bathrooms. The barn has a large private garden, fully fenced and equipped, with private swimming pool, barbecue and covered parking. Ideal for couples and families with young children.
Outdoor spaces
The house has a large, fully fenced 300 m2 garden, where you'll also find the private swimming pool measuring 4.5x7 with a depth varying from 0.9 to 2 meters, paved on the outside and equipped with sunbeds and an unheated shower. Guests can also enjoy a shaded area with a table, chairs and a rustic barbecue for al fresco dining. Covered parking for 2 cars is available on the property.
Interiors
The property is the result of the restructuring of an old Tuscan brick and stone barn, retaining the characteristic wooden-beamed ceilings and terracotta floors; it is fully furnished in perfect harmony with the original structure. The interiors are all on the first floor, although there are 2 long steps between the dining room and the living room, a kind of virtual division that blends perfectly with the furnishings. The entrance door leads into the living area, which comprises a living room with a double sofa-bed (170x190 cm), a large fireplace, a dining area with satellite TV and a fully-equipped cooking area, lit during sunny hours by a characteristic skylight in the ceiling, 1 bathroom with shower. 1 double bedroom with a bathroom with bath completes the first floor.
Location
Casina di Teo is located on the outskirts of Monteriggioni, an enchanted area famous for its castle, not far from Tuscany's best-known wine and food trails and the historic Francigena route.

The accommodation is equipped with wifi internet connection, central heating, cot, high chair, mosquito nets on doors and windows, hairdryer.
