Beautiful UHC RUBENS APARTMENTS duplex apartment located on the seafront, right on Paseo Jaime I, just a few metres from Salou's Luminous Fountain and Llevant Beach. The accommodation is clean, it has a lot of potential however the fact that there is no air conditioning forces us to sleep with the window open. 2 of the rooms are on the street of the fiesta bars (they are open from 8:00 am until 4:00 am). So there is a lot of noise until 4:00 am. The children's room overlooks this street. An arrangement of the air conditioning would solve this problem because as soon as we close the windows, the noise is well attenuated. The apartment is well soundproofed. The fact of having the balconies which give on the beach is very pleasant however it is a pity that the balcony of the rooms is not arranged. There was no furniture (neither table, nor deckchair) that allowed to enjoy the balcony of the rooms. While we were there the week of August 15. The situation is pleasant, we have all the conveniences with feet (beach, supermarket, restaurants, shopping street...). If the apartment had been better equipped (air conditioning and balcony of the rooms) our stay could have been perfect but in conditions like that we will not return.
