Property for exclusive use
Villa Martina is a 600 m2 luxury residence with outbuilding, ideal for accommodating 12 people with its 6 double bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and a shower room. It features a private SPA, swimming pool, heated Jacuzzi, large garden with gazebo, rustic barbecue and children's play area. The villa is ideal for large families and groups of friends looking for a relaxing vacation.
Outdoor areas and swimming pool
The villa features a large park decorated with oaks, olive trees, flowers and lemon trees arranged in ancient terracotta vases; part of the park is laid to lawn with characteristic stone flagstones. A staircase leads to the swimming pool, which enjoys a panoramic 360-degree view over the gentle hills dotted with vineyards. The rectangular pool measures 16x7.5 meters, with depths ranging from 0.5 to 2.40 meters, and is perfect for swimming too. The solarium area around the pool is paved in stone and equipped with parasols, sunbeds, a Jacuzzi that can be heated on request (available from April to October) and a rustic barbecue for outdoor grilling. In the garden behind the villa is a graceful gazebo with table and chairs for breakfasts, as well as a children's playground. Access to the property is via a small cypress-lined driveway leading to the entrance gate. Parking is available inside the property.
Interiors
Villa Martina has been carefully restructured with elegance and refinement: beamed ceilings, floors and furnishings in the most sought-after woods and shades of white and black provide a pleasant, harmonious contrast.
On the first floor, the main building opens onto a bright veranda with fireplace and sofas, leading to the billiard room with bar area, kitchen, dining room with fireplace and TV room. Climbing the characteristic internal sandstone staircase, you reach the second floor, where you'll find a spacious living area with an ancient Tuscan-style fireplace and large, comfortable sofas, 3 double bedrooms, 1 twin, all with en-suite bathrooms: 2 bathrooms with hydromassage tub and shower and 2 bathrooms with shower, all tiled in travertine.
The outbuilding adjacent to the main villa is also on two levels. It comprises a kitchen with dining area on the first floor, while on the second floor there are 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower. At the rear of the villa, access is gained to the lower floor, which is entirely occupied by the SPA, with Turkish bath, sauna and Jacuzzi, for the exclusive use of guests. The laundry room is on the same floor.
Location
The villa is set among the gentle Chianti hills on the outskirts of the town of Tavarnelle, in a tranquil position with magnificent views over the surrounding countryside.

Services
Included in the price: household linen for bathroom, bed, kitchen and pool (with weekly change), weekly towel change, internet connection, electricity (excluding air conditioning), water and gas (excluding heating), use of wellness center. On request and payable on site, we can organize cooking classes and dinners, housekeepers, baby-sitters, high chairs, cots and pool heating.

The location is excellent, in the heart of Chianti, between Siena and Florence. It's also easy to get to the many famous villages, such as San Gimignano and Volterra, or to follow the Francigena Way. Visits and tastings at Chianti farms and wineries, horseback riding, excursions and trekking are also possible.
