Villino del Rio is part of a modern two-family villa, which with its 240 m2 can accommodate up to 8 people with its 3 double bedrooms, 1 double sofa bed and 3 bathrooms. Guests have at their disposal an outdoor area with equipped garden and private swimming pool, parking and Wifi internet connection. It's the ideal solution for a group of friends or a family with children.
Outdoor areas and swimming pool
A beautiful 2000 m2 fenced garden stretches out in front of the house. On one side of the garden is another garden, separated by a fence and a high hedge. In the lawned area is the illuminated swimming pool, measuring 6x12 and varying in depth from 1.2 to 1.5 meters, with a 0.9-meter-deep hydro-massage zone (and 45-centimeter-high seat). Around the pool extends the paved solarium area, equipped with loungers, sunbeds and a hot-water shower, while to one side guests will find a relaxation area furnished with a loveseat and small armchairs in the shade. Children can run free or have fun on the swing. Also on the pool side, on a terrace adjacent to the first floor, there's a table for pleasant alfresco dining, and not far away, the wood-burning oven with barbecue. Parking is available on the property.
Interiors
The pavilion has 3 levels. The first floor comprises a living room with fireplace and access to the equipped terrace, a dining room and a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom with shower. An internal staircase leads to the second floor with 2 double bedrooms, one with satellite TV, 1 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom with bath and shower. Two of the bedrooms open onto a covered terrace overlooking the garden and surrounding hills.
From the living room on the first floor, a staircase leads to the basement floor, where you'll find the tavern with a living/dining area featuring a fireplace, games table, PC space and double sofa bed. On the same floor there's a closet with a washing machine and 1 bathroom with shower.
Location
The bungalow lies at the foot of the hills, in a sunny and peaceful residential area not far from the center of Camaiore. From the garden and terraces, you can see the countryside and the other pavilions. In the background, the mountains that surround the valley.
