Property for exclusive use
Villa il Pino is a restructured farmhouse, comprising three apartments with a total surface area of around 130 m2, capable of accommodating up to 12 people with its 3 double bedrooms, 3 double sofa beds and 3 bathrooms. Guests have access to a large park, a private swimming pool with a large hydromassage basin, a fully-equipped pergola and barbecue, Wi-Fi connection, central heating and parking. It's ideal for small groups of friends who want to enjoy each other's company while retaining their own independence.
Outdoor areas and swimming pool
The property is set in a dominant position overlooking the valley; it comprises a large terraced plot of land, part olive grove and part lawn, where the swimming pool and a large wisteria pergola are for the exclusive use of guests, with an adjoining cottage equipped for alfresco lunches and a rustic barbecue. The swimming pool, in a panoramic position, has been designed to make the most of the natural earthwork of the land; it comprises two rectangular pools, one measuring 10x5 with a depth of 1.30 meters, and a hydromassage pool measuring 6x2 with a depth of 70 centimeters (fresh water). They are paved on the outside and equipped with tables, deckchairs, sunbeds, parasols and a children's play area (swing, playhouse, slide). Each apartment also has a small area equipped with a table and chairs. Parking is available inside the property, near the entrance gate.
Interiors
The interior spaces of each apartment feature vaulted ceilings or typical Tuscan wooden beams. The 42 m2 Eleonora apartment is distributed over two levels. On the first floor there's a welcoming living/dining room with a well-equipped cooking area, fireplace, TV and one-and-a-half-seater sofa bed (1.20x1.90, suitable for children or teenagers). On the second floor there's 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower. The 41 m2 Giulia apartment is on the first floor and comprises a living/dining room with a well-equipped cooking area, fireplace, TV and single sofa bed (1.20x1.90), 1 double bedroom with sofa bed, 1 bathroom with shower. The Francesco apartment is on the second floor. Accessed via an external staircase, the entrance opens onto a living/dining room with fully equipped cooking area, fireplace, TV and double sofa-bed. One step up leads to the sleeping area with 1 double bedroom overlooking the valley, 1 bathroom with shower.
Position
The villa is part of a large estate overlooking the Pisan hills dotted with vineyards and olive groves. It enjoys tranquility and a splendid view over the countryside.
Facilities
All apartments are equipped with central heating, wi-fi internet access, mosquito nets on windows, a crib and on-site parking.
Services
Included in the price: household linen for bathroom, bed and kitchen (changed weekly), electricity, water and gas, internet connection. Baby cot, dinners, cooking classes, housekeeper and baby sitter available on request and payable on site.
Important information
The swimming pool and whirlpool are open from 14/04 to 13/10, from 08:30 to 19:00.
Bathing caps must be worn in the pool.
The owners live in two independent apartments on the same property, guaranteeing total privacy and exclusive use of the pool and garden.
Arrivals must take place between 5pm and 8pm (for arrivals after 8pm, a surcharge of 50 euros will be applied). All arrivals outside these times must be notified and agreed in advance.
