Cozy and spacious apartment recently restored. Located in the centre of the Eixample, a centric, safe and quiet area and at the same time active and attractive part of Barcelona. Walking distance from La Fira de Barcelona.

The apartment has capacity up to 7 people because it has an extra bed. It has independent kitchen, 1 full bathroom and 1 bathroom with no toilet. The apartment is exterior and has balconies with a street view.
