The main characteristic of this beautiful holiday home is the fusion of luxury, comfort and quality equipment. The house is located directly by the sea and can be reached by a small yacht or a boat as there is a berth in front of the house. Only some steps lead to the pretty stone sunbathing area with umbrellas and sunbeds, from which stretches a panoramic view on one of the most beautiful archipelagos of this part of the Adriatic Sea. The most beautiful part of the house, where you will spend majority of your time, is the terrace with a swimming pool, connected to indoor play room equipped with billiards table, foosball and two computers with internet connection. The swimming pool will allow you to cool down during the summer heat. Next to it, there is room with a bathtub with hydro massage, where you can relax or simply enjoy the sea view. The play room space is suitable for fans of active rest as there is a Finnish sauna there and top quality fitness equipment. From each room, there is a sea view. Internal stairs lead you onto the first floor with spacious kitchen, dining room and living room, which are connected to covered terrace with table and barbeque. Here you can spend pleasant evenings with your favourite drink, chatting about events of the day. On the same floor, there are two bedrooms with private bathrooms, while on the second floor there are three more luxurious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and covered terrace. It is a perfect place to wake up to a panoramic view. Enjoy!

It is located directly on the sea, so you can also come here with a small yacht or boat, below the house there is a mooring for it. More stairs lead you to the terrace with saltwater pool, where you will probably spend most of your time escaping the summer heat. The game room with a pool table, table soccer and two computers with Internet connection is just in the extension of this terrace. Next to it is a room with a jacuzzi where you can relax and just enjoy the beautiful view of the sea. The room next to the game room is suitable for lovers of active recreation, because there is a Finnish sauna and fitness equipment. From each room you have a beautiful view of the sea. Interior stairs lead to the 1st floor, where there is a spacious kitchen, dining room and living room, with direct exit to the covered terrace with table and fireplace grill.
