Welcome to this 45m2 type 3 duplex apartment on the 2nd floor of the "Digitale" residence, suitable for 8 people.
In the heart of the village of Saint Lary Soulan, 2 minutes' walk from the thermal baths and the gondola for quicker access to the slopes.
You have a parking space and a ski locker to leave everything on site, because here the advantage is that you can do everything on foot, restaurants, bars or shopping ... here everything is nearby to spend a great vacation.
On the 1st floor, you'll find a large living room opening onto the kitchenette and the sunny, south-facing balcony.
The living room includes a large dining table to welcome your numerous guests, as well as 1 new 2-seater BZ sofa with a flat-screen TV.
You'll also find a bathroom and separate toilet.
On the second level, 2 bedrooms, the first with a double bed and the second with 2x2 bunk beds and a children's play area.
No compensation will be paid for any malfunction of the residence's facilities (elevators, swimming pool, wellness area, etc.).
