This pleasant, quiet Type 3 house is located in the Roses district, a quiet residential area. Ideal for a family with children, it features a sunny, fully-equipped enclosed garden. It's also close to the beach (700 m) and shops (400 m). This single-storey bungalow comprises an entrance hall, a living room with TV, a kitchen equipped with a fridge with freezer compartment, 4 gas rings and electric oven, microwave, a storeroom with washing machine, a bedroom with a double bed (140cm), a bedroom with two single beds (90cm), a bathroom and separate WC. In the enclosed garden, equipped with sun loungers, table and chairs, you can enjoy the sun and the peace and quiet. One pet allowed. Very pleasant, well-situated house. The sea is just 750m away, making for great walks. Bakery 1min away and shopping areas very close by. Lots to visit and a plethora of restaurants nearby too. Our stay went very well.
