Property for exclusive use
Historic 18th-century villa on two levels with a total surface area of approx. 280 m2 with 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, sleeping up to 6 people. The villa features a large fenced terraced park with private swimming pool, an outdoor area equipped with rustic barbecue for outdoor lunches, WiFi internet connection and satellite TV.
Outdoor areas and swimming pool
The external spaces are characterized by a beautiful park of over 1,000 m2, laid out on terraces offering magnificent views of the countryside and hills. Access to the property is via an old iron gate that opens onto a large gravelled area equipped with small relaxation areas, benches in the shade of tall trees, small iron tables and chairs, plus a marble table and rustic barbecue, all directly accessible from the kitchen. From here, a staircase leads to the first grassy terrace and then to the swimming pool, which is just a few metres from the house and can be reached via a small staircase. The bean-shaped pool measures 13x6 and varies in depth from 1.30 to 2.60 metres; it is paved on the outside, has a shower and sunbeds. Parking is located just outside the gates.
Interiors
The villa retains the charm of its past, and the furnishings are classic in style, with a wealth of antiques. The main structure is laid out over two floors and opens on the first floor into a small entrance hall, a perfect reading corner from which you enter the spacious, bright living room with its characteristic arch, sofas and armchairs, a typical Tuscan fireplace (decorative only), satellite TV and games table, and access to the outside. Next to the living room is the dining room, the well-equipped kitchen with French doors opening onto the barbecue area for alfresco lunches, and 1 bathroom with shower. A stone staircase leads to the second floor, which comprises 1 twin bedroom and 2 spacious double bedrooms, one of which is unique for its characteristic decorated wooden ceiling, and 1 bathroom with shower.
Location
Villa Beba is located on the outskirts of a small hamlet overlooking the splendid Chianti Classico hills, near Castellina in Chianti. Its position offers peace and quiet and views over the countryside, for a vacation of total relaxation.

The villa is equipped with Wifi internet connection, central heating, air conditioning in the outbuilding, a cot and a high chair.

Important information
The swimming pool is open from 15/5 to 30/9. Only small pets are allowed. Access to the property is via a 1.5 km dirt road in good condition.

The Chianti region lies in the center of Tuscany, between the cities of Florence and Siena, a perfect position for discovering the many small villages steeped in history: Radda, Gaiole, Panzano in Chianti are all in the vicinity and can be reached by crossing the "strada chiantigiana", a unique and panoramic route. The accommodation's central location also provides quick and easy access to the art cities of Siena, Florence, Volterra, Arezzo and San Gimignano. Possibility of visits and tastings at Chianti farms and wine cellars, horseback riding, excursions and trekking.
