Apartment on the 1st and last floor of the residence des sablons 1, in the heart of the Levant district.
Bathed in light and soft colours with its exposed beams, fully equipped for your comfort, you can relax between two swims, walks or sports activities, with a capacity for 4 to 6 people, you will find there !
1 spacious room (9m²) equipped with twin beds for 2 people (140 cms) + storage space + TV ,
a living room with BZ, flat screen TV 80 cms, DVD/CD player, air freshener
you can welcome your friends for lunch in the enclosed 10 m² loggia equipped for your lunchs/dinners, and equipped with mobile air conditioning
not to mention the personal parking space in a secure area.
For babies, umbrella bed, stroller, cane, booster seat, bath ring provided to save you from cluttering up.
BZ changed in spring 2014 (bultex mattress) -
Most of the equipments have been changed between 2022 et 2023.
Once installed, everything is accessible on foot, so the car is not of extreme necessity - you can arrive by a OUIGO in Montpellier or TGV to Narbonne, then TER to leucate la franqui, shuttles allow you to reach Port Leucate from the station.
