It's located on the 3rd floor. With a surface area of 33 m2, it faces due south.
When you enter the apartment, you discover a bright living room opening onto a large balcony.
What could be better than enjoying an aperitif on the terrace with your family when the sun comes out!
On the 1st level, you'll find
a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, with a dining table that can seat up to 4 guests.
The sofa bed promises long, cozy breaks in all circumstances.
1°level: Living room with 1 sofa and TV, fully equipped kitchenette, separate bathroom / wc,
2°level: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (cot available) Cabin with 2 bunk beds.
Then discover the "sleeping area" on the second level, with a cozy master bedroom equipped with a comfortable 2-person bed.
No compensation will be paid for any malfunction of the residence's facilities (elevators, swimming pool, wellness area, etc.).
The free shuttle bus stop is right next to the residence for easy access to the foot of the slopes via the new gondola or the cable car.

Pleasant accommodation on the whole but unsatisfactory cleanliness, dust, crumbs on bedside table, very dirty bathroom carpet, dirty sofa cover, 3 vacuum cleaners that don't work or overheat after 2 minutes, fridge set to full otherwise doesn't get cold (it's true it was very hot when we were there) otherwise a lot of washing up, well placed.

Very clean accommodation on arrival and very well located (close to the city center). Small but functional, however it lacks storage for clothes (only two shelves for 4), no square pillows but bolsters, we were not warned. Also missing the presence of a smoke detector. Otherwise we are very happy with our stay and will renew this rental.

Accommodation well equipped, clean, deco OK (it is often too busy). The only black spot, the quality of the bedding which leaves much to be desired, the mattress is collapsed and you constantly fall towards the middle.
