House very well located between beach and shops. An efficient air-conditioning system would be desirable. The electrical installation leaves much to be desired, with all appliances connected via multiple sockets. The shower head needed descaling, and the bottle holder is completely oxidized. This house is suitable for 4 people (a couple with children), but no more.
