This air-conditioned little corner of paradise will be the rendezvous of your summer vacations.
Situated in a quiet residential area 600 meters from the sea, this villa is the ideal place for a family holiday.
With its garden and summer kitchen, you can enjoy meals and aperitifs outside.
Ideal for 8 people and fully air-conditioned, the first floor comprises a living room with access to a splendid terrace and summer kitchen, a lounge, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with en-suite shower room, and a separate toilet.
Upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms each with a double bed (140cm), a shower room and separate toilet.
A one-car garage completes the villa, and a second car can be parked in front of the garage.
