A beautiful, spacious (144m2), ***-rated, bright and functional vacation home with a large L-shaped veranda (45m2) awaits you on the CÔTE D'EMERAUDE, in a small, quiet residence with lots of trees, no traffic noise and not overlooked. Situated close to the 3 most beautiful dune beaches in the Malouine region and areas preserved for decades by the Conservatoire National du Littoral, this 3-star rental property is designed to accommodate 1 or 2 families + children, or a group of friends wishing to enjoy a peaceful seaside break without disturbing each other.

Many and varied leisure activities available on site: INTERNET, WIFI, BABYFOOT, TV, satellite, DVD PLAYER (+ choice of 30 DVDs), LARGE BARBECUE, MINI-PINGPONG, various comic books for teenagers/adults, numerous BOARD GAMES, literature on the region, books in German and English. OUTDOOR GAMES for children + swing, surfboard for children, easel for painters, etc.
Every comfort and safety provided for babies (stroller, complete KIT-PUERICULTURE available on site to avoid cluttering up your vehicle), but we can't accommodate our animal friends for allergy reasons.
From this vacation home, there are many possibilities for hiking and mountain biking (the GR34 passes right by the gîte). Excursions to the Emerald Coast, Mont St-Michel Bay, St-Malo, Dinard, Rance Valley, Dinan, Rennes, Fougères, Vitré, Brocéliande Forest, etc... The Cotentin peninsula is only 30 minutes away by car, and the island of Bréhat just 1h15!
