Spectacular villa in the outskirts of Inca

This fantastic house for five people is located a few minutes from Inca, in the heart of Mallorca. It is perfect for a family and quiet holiday.

The house has high quality finishes and an exquisite decoration, characteristics that will make your holidays wonderful. It has two bedrooms, one double and one triple, two bathrooms, one with a hydromassage shower and another with a whirlpool bath, a large living room with access to the terrace and a fully equipped kitchen with top quality appliances. As far as the exterior is concerned, it has a large swimming pool, several furnished terraces, barbecue and parking area. In addition the accommodation is equipped with air conditioning and heating in all rooms and Wi-Fi connection.

The house is very close to the highway, so locating it is very easy. This causes that from the terrace you can hear the noise of the cars, although it will not be a problem for your rest since the insulation of the house is of great quality.

The villa is only five minutes by car from Inca, a small town of thirty thousand inhabitants where you can enjoy a great cultural and gastronomic offer. If you walk through the historic center of the city you will find numerous restaurants and shops of traditional character as well as establishments of international brands. As far as the cultural offer is concerned, it is worth visiting some of its churches and cloisters and the Museu de la Pell and Calçat d'Inca, a historical tour through the industrial footwear tradition of this town. In Inca you will also find a train and bus station that connects with almost the entire island. The farm, being in the heart of Mallorca allows you to reach any place on the island in a short time. It is only 25 minutes by car from the Bay of Alcúdia and 30 minutes from the Bay of Pollença. In addition, it is 15 minutes by car from some of the towns that make up the network of municipalities of the Serra de Tramuntana, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. The small towns of Selva, Alaró, Campanet or Mancor de la Vall are a must.
Due to the situation of the property, before accepting any reservation, it is important to know the ages of the clients since if they are not families, they must be over 27 years of age.
