It's ideal for families who enjoy a relaxing vacation surrounded by the beauty the region has to offer.
Outdoor areas and swimming pool
Villa Maiani is immersed in a beautiful 800 m2 pleasure garden, characterized by rigorous Mediterranean vegetation with numerous botanical species and a vast orchard. A characteristic rectangular swimming pool measuring 12x4 with variable depths up to a maximum of 2 meters is set into the garden; it has a hydro-massage zone and rounded ends. It is also paved and equipped with sunbeds, parasols and a cold shower. The pool area also features a large loggia that can be closed off if required, to be used as an external living area equipped with an elegant kitchen and rustic barbecue.
Interiors
The villa develops sinuously over two levels; it is furnished with valuable furnishings and floors in Tuscan terracotta and precious parquet. The main entrance is on the raised first floor and opens onto a large living room with sofas and a vast dining room, also furnished with sofas, armchairs, a TV and a large stone fireplace; from here you climb a few steps to reach the perfectly equipped kitchen with central island. A bathroom with bathtub, hydro-massage shower and sauna, as well as a laundry room, complete the first floor. A grand marble staircase leads up to the second floor, where the sleeping area comprises 3 double bedrooms, one of which has a balcony, 1 twin bedroom and 1 bathroom with bathtub.
Location
Villa Maiani is located on the outskirts of Mazara del Vallo, in a privileged position in relation to the main towns on Sicily's west coast.

Villa Maiani is equipped with central heating, air conditioning in bedrooms and living room, wifi internet connection, cot, high chair, hairdryer.
Services
Included in the price: bed linen (with weekly change) and towels (with weekly change and a mid-week change), water, gas, electricity and air conditioning for 625 kwh/week (after this limit, extra consumption must be paid for), internet connection, cot. On request and payable on site, high chair, housekeeper, cook, cooking lessons, massages and shopping service on arrival.
Important information
The swimming pool is open from 1/5 to 30/09.
Please note: for stays with pets, the deposit will be 2000,00 Eu. Final cleaning does not include dishwashing or kitchen cleaning: if the kitchen is not clean on departure, a supplement of 100 euros will be charged. For incorrect/inappropriate use of waste collection, a penalty (EUR 100) will be applied. Check in: 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm. In the event of late check-in, a surcharge of 50 euros will be levied for arrivals after 8:00 pm. The janitor lives in a separate area of the property, so privacy is absolutely guaranteed.

Villa Maiani is strategically located about 1 hour from Palermo, and an hour and a half from Agrigento with its "Valle dei Templi". Even Selinunte, Erice or the most beautiful beaches and nature reserves are easily and quickly reached by car. There's plenty to see in the Mazara del Vallo area, thanks to nature reserves, archaeological sites, historical monuments and the beauty of the sea.
