North of the Vaucluse, in the heart of the Drôme Provençale, this beautiful renovated bastide will offer you the peace and comfort for a great holiday throughout the year.
Located in the countryside on a cul de sac, just 2 kms from the city center of Valréas and 300 m from a grocery store, it is a detached house of 200 m2 in the middle of a large plot closed and raised and having a private pool unheated 9m by 5m with diving pit with a depth ranging from 1.05 to 2.2 m, open from May 1 to October 1.

A large living room with 2 sofas, a large screen TV (107 cm) DVD player, internet access.

A freezer and an additional refrigerator are available in the garage attached to the house.

Bicycles are available for free.
You can still enjoy beautiful days (especially in September) to dive in the pool, visit our beautiful region in the quiet of the late season or come spend the holidays in November or end of the year
The balance with the deposit of 1000 € and possibly the selected options are to be paid, preferably in cash, the day of your arrival.
The deposit is returned to you on the day of your departure if no damage has been noted.

Towels: 5 € per person.
End of stay cleaning: 120 € (if the option is not retained, the house must be left on your departure, in the same state of cleanliness as on your arrival).

1 hour from Avignon and valence, 1/2 h from Vaison la Romaine, Mont Ventoux or Ardèche, 40 minutes from Montélimar and Orange, 5 minutes from Grignan, 15 minutes from Nyons.
