This bungalow benefits from a garden and is located in a complex with a communal swimming pool. The complex is located in Punta Prima (Orihuela Costa). It is spread out over 70 m2 and consists of a spacious hall, kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, terrace and a garden with outside furniture. It is equipped with new furniture, electric appliances, dishes, bed linen and towels. It also has air conditioning. Spanish television is available. There is a private parking place for the car inside the complex. It sleeps up to 4 people. Not pets are allowed. The beach is approximately a 15 min walk and there are many local amenities all in walking distance.The air conditioning is only in the living room, but it's enough for all the apartments.
The process of check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 14:00 to 15:00 Saturdays.. Check out is from 09:00 until 11:00. Output or input outside office hours, Sunday, weekends and bank holidays has an extra charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturdays 10: 00-15: 00, Sunday - closed. Upon check-in, a deposit of 200 euros is paid.
