For rent a spacious apartment in 30 meters from the sea and the promenade! Apartment 90 m2 consists of three bedrooms, lounge, kitchen, two bathrooms and a terrace, which is a separate patio with furniture. The apartment has three air conditioners. The sea and the promenade are what is called 'behind the fence' - literally a few steps away! In walking distance are two popular urban beach - Los Locos and Del Cura. The apartment can accommodate up to 8 people! It is perfect for a family or a large company. Windows of bedrooms overlook the courtyard, which will save you from the city noise. There is everything necessary for living and recreation: home appliances, furniture, bed linen and towels, dishes, Spanish TV and the Internet. Location of the apartment will allow you to enjoy a beach holiday and walks in the neighboring streets, where are many bars and cafes. In walking distance other infrastructure: shops, pharmacy, hairdresser. Very good offer for this type of apartment.
There is no English television but almost all the shows and movies on Spanish channels can be seen in the original version (English).
The process of check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 14:00 to 15:00 Saturdays.. Check out is from 09:00 until 11:00. Output or input outside office hours, Sunday, weekends and bank holidays has an extra charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturdays 10: 00-15: 00, Sunday - closed. Upon check-in, a deposit of 200 euros is paid.
