Casale Montesoli is set in a vast, well-kept green area of 2,000 m2, with a section of lawn enriched by cypress trees and low vegetation. The rectangular swimming pool measures 10x5 and varies in depth from 1.20 to 1.50 meters; it is equipped with comfortable sunbeds and an external shower with hot water. Outside the dining room, on the pool side, guests can enjoy a shaded area equipped with outdoor furniture including sofas and armchairs. On the kitchen side, there's a gazebo with table and chairs for alfresco dining. The laundry room is accessible from the outside. Parking inside the property.
Interiors
The villa is distributed over two levels, and its restructuring has enabled certain original features to be retained, such as arched windows and wooden-beamed ceilings. The first floor consists of a large, well-equipped kitchen from which access is gained to the external pergola equipped for alfresco lunches; a dining room with a table for 8 and a fireplace, 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with shower. The second floor opens onto a bright living room furnished with sofas and armchairs, a small sitting room with fireplace and satellite TV, 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with shower.
Location
The house is part of an organic agritourism farm that extends over 300 hectares in the heart of Tuscany, amid the hills of the Val d'Orcia. It lies in a sunny, panoramic position, at the top of a gentle hill just a few kilometers from Buonconvento.

Important information
The swimming pool is open from 1/5 to 30/9 from 09:00 to 20:00. PLEASE NOTE: Check-in must take place between 4pm and 7pm. Check-out must take place before 9:00 am.
