With a view of the Upper Tiber Valley, this friendly vacation home is situated in a slightly hilly position. On the ground floor you enter the bright, friendly living room with kitchenette, fireplace and access to the covered terrace; on the 1st floor (outside staircase with small loggia) there is another living room with sofa bed and two bedrooms and bathroom. In front of the house there is a spacious plot with a garden house ? all in a quiet hilly area, an ideal place to relax. Within an hour's drive you can reach several interesting Umbrian and Tuscan cities such as Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio, Arezzo, Cortona (all about 40-50km) and Lake Trasimeno (30km) with its sandy beaches and small islands. To Umbertide with stores of all kinds, trattorias, weekly market is 7km, to the charming hill town of Montone 8km. Città di Castello 20km. Short unpaved access.
