Ideal for nature lovers: the area offers many hiking trails. The property has solar water heating system. The accommodation is located in the middle of the natural park of Bottaccione. By walking along a 1200 m long medieval aqueduct you can reach the town of Gubbio. Distances: 55 km Perugia, 55 km Assisi, 55 km Città di Castello, 75 km the Trasimeno Lake, 80 km Fano, 90 km Spoleto, 90 km Todi. Do not miss the caves of Frasassi at 32 km. About 80 km away the Adriatic coast with its wide sandy beaches. The rooms have a walk-in closet. Some rooms are with sloping ceilings. The basement is not accessible to guests. Access via 1.3 km difficult, uphill gravel road.
