In a pleasant residence in the center of Le Mont Dore, opposite the thermal baths and 100 m from the shuttle bus, close to all amenities, this 50 m2 T2 apartment on the 3rd floor (no elevator) features an entrance hall with plenty of storage space, opening onto a beautiful 23 m2 living room combining living room and open-plan kitchen/dining room, all south-facing and opening onto a French window with a pleasant view of the Capucins massif. This first living room features a sofa that converts into a double bed. The US kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, oven, fridge hood, microwave, coffeemaker and dishwasher. There's also a large bedroom with a double bed (140) and a trundle bed (90), a closet and a balcony overlooking the Sancy massif. Finally, there's a shower room with toilet, washing machine and heated towel rail.
The apartment also benefits from a private basement cellar. Pets are not accepted.
