Mais toujours raisonnablement ;) Retraitée passionnée de "relookage" j'ai meublé mes appartements en espérant qu'ils plairont à "Mes Vacanciers" et pour l'instant c'est ce qui se produit, puisqu'ils viennent et reviennent... On the second and last floor of a QUIET Residence, FACING THE SEA, not overlooked, direct access to the SAND Beach, NO road to cross, TERRACE covered by a veranda to enjoy the SEA VIEW, which whatever the weather!!!... Sensitive and anti-mite BEDDING in 140, secure private PARKING, FREE WIFI access, Shops and Restaurants 50 and 100 m away.
ALL SEASON rentals but please note that, OUT OF SEASON (from the beginning of October to mid-April), a record of Water and Electricity Consumption is made at the entry and exit of Holidaymakers).
NO CHARGES from mid May to September 30.
LE BARCARES/PORT-BARCARES to see or revisit, will enchant you, whatever the season with its 8 km of fine SAND Beach... Whether you are "toned" or "reserved", whether you like the Crowd or the solitude, you will find a place to spend a good vacation.
Our neighborhood is quiet, the apartments "feet in the water", you will only have to go down two floors to be on the Beach, or stay in the apartment while watching THE SEA from the terrace organized to enjoy THE VIEW, whatever the weather!
