This furnished apartment of 40 m² (about 430 ft²) is composed of 2 rooms, a closed fitted kitchen and a bathroom with wc. Its easy access will interest anyone who does not wish to go up a floor. A digital piano is at your disposal. The bed, on wheels, is in 140 with duvet 200 x 200 and pillows 60 x 60 ) The decoration is also its strong point and its very comfortable furniture will be a plus to spend good moments.

Interaction with passengers
A personalised welcome is assured. Small welcome gift. If you do not wish to do the cleaning at the end of your stay we can do it for you for a fee of 51 €. If you don't bring your own bed linen and towels, we can provide them for a fee of 29 euros.

Presentation of the neighbourhood
You're in a pedestrian street in the neighborhood that's going to expand to Jew Street. It's the cathedral district. The bakery is 30 meters away.......the mini-markets are 180 meters away... Possibility of delivery of groceries or cheese board or delicatessen at home with the Closerie BELOT rue des Juifs.
Transport
Tramway Taxi Train Car Car PARKING private secure parking: 15 euros per night to be paid on arrival. At the 4th night, 10 euros the first 4 nights and following. Access is by code to enter the pedestrian street. Attention for the Christmas period, it was possible to access the car park before 11 am and after 6 pm.
A complementary, unique and exceptional service for your comfort: You will arrive at the gîte but you will need a minimum of food and other purchases to start your stay. We can do the shopping for you by delivering the products of "La Closerie Bellot", 50 m from the gîte.
