House by the sea near Ostuni 250 m from the sandy beaches of Lido Specchiolla, convenient geographical location. Ostuni is ten minutes by car, Brindisi airport is 20 km away. It can comfortably accommodate four people up to a maximum of eight. It is located near the seafront in a quiet street only 3000 m from the oasis of Torre Guaceto, a favorite destination for tourists. Enjoy a large veranda with TV, three bedrooms, three bathrooms and the proximity to the main exits of the highway: Alberobello, Ostuni, Brindisi, Cisternino, Locorotondo, Ceglie Messapica, Martina Franca, Fasano, Lecce, all within 60 minutes by car.

Accommodation is ideal for couples, groups and families thanks to three bedrooms and three bathrooms. There are four comfortable beds, for groups there is a basement with windows with four other beds.

first floor with two double bedrooms with balconies, both equipped with air conditioning and a bathroom with shower;
basement (accessible through internal stairs) with a double bed, a single bed, a spare bed, a window, a sink, a toilet.

Location overview:
Lido Specchiolla is a seaside resort frequented by day thanks to the presence of beautiful sandy beaches the most famous 'Lido Sabbia D'oro'. Those who love places where the nightlife is concentrated will find them a 5-minute drive from here to Torre Santa Sabina.
Events on the spot:
In July and August 3 great festivals, lido Specchiolla has a characteristic little port, here people gather sunbathing on the cliffs, here they expect fishermen in the morning. Three times a week a market in the pinewood, the farmers sell the products of the area, bakeries, butchers, markets, bars, restaurants, pizzerias are present on the promenade easily reachable on foot.
City centre:
The first village is San Vito dei Normanni 8 km - the city of the Alto Salento of 20,000 inhabitants known for the Castello Dentice di Frasso, for the concert of typical music, the 'Pizzica' on August 15 and for a typical restaurant (Nonna Mena) family-run, included in the Slow Food Guide and affiliated with our agency.
