This large family apartment is located on the 2nd floor with elevator of a well maintained building. The entrance to the apartment serves on one side of the large living room and the other rooms, kitchen, bathroom and toilet. The living room is very nice, bathed in light, with a lounge and a dining room side. The master bedroom is spacious, with a double bed, a nice desk with large windows and a view of a quiet side street. The other two rooms have one single bed and one double bed and also overlook this street. The bathroom is equipped with bath and shower, the toilet is separated. And has kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, hob, etc. ...). The neighborhood is very nice, with a square in front of the apartment and all the shops nearby. The Palais des Expositions at the Porte de Versailles is located 15 minutes walk and metro stations Vaugirard and Volontaire 5 minutes. The apartment will be perfect for a comfortable business or family holiday. The deposit for the rental of the apartment is 500 €.This amount is not cashed.
