Colonial House near the sea in Salento. It's in San Vito dei Normanni near Ostuni within 10 km of the beaches of the Oasis of Torre Guaceto. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, up to 6 beds. private use court with deck chairs and games for children.
DETAILS:
The villa is on two levels. On the ground floor a living room with a sofa double bed, a bedroom, a kitchen overlooking the garden, a bathroom with shower.
The staircase in the living room you have access to the upper floor where there is a bedroom with bathroom. Here there are two single beds also for double use . In this room a minibar and door access to the balcony which gives access to the garden.
The fully enclosed garden, situated in the courtyard of the farm, here for personal use furniture for outdoor dining, swing, children's games.
The property is within a complex and shares the entrance gate and part of the garden with 2 other properties.
OVERVIEW OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
The property is located in a quiet area inhabited mainly during the summer, particularly suitable for those who love long walks. Guests at 700 meters from the property, can reach the "Masseria Correo" to buy local products such as cheese, meat, olive oil and jams, breads and much more. Being a "didactic farm", it allows visitors to learn about and try the experience to produce with his own hands the Apulian local specialties.
HISTORICAL CENTRES:
At 2000 mt there is the urban center of San Vito dei Normanni town of 20. 000 inhabitants, where you can provide yourself with everything that can serve, boasts a majestic medieval Castle of Dentex Frasso dynasty. A 5 km we are in the center of Carovigno country of 18 000 inhabitants, known for the many taverns. At 10 km the White City of Ostuni, fascinating to the white color of the houses and the dominant position it assumes and the many cafes in the narrow streets of the old town with modern design.
BEACHES: a 10-minute drive the large nature reserve of Torre Guaceto Oasis, stretches of beach of fine sand, clear water, evergreen maquis. It's possible to reach with your own car. The beach is completely free, only a part is private with the rental of umbrellas. There is a large car park, a bar and a patio area.
WATERFRONT RECOMMENDED:
Torre Santa Sabina 15 km away, here there is an ancient watchtower that gives the name to the town and the waterfront, the choice is yours: a romantic stroll along the promenade, a cocktail in one of the lounge bar, a pizza beachfront or a tasty fish dinner in the restaurants overlooking the sea.
