In a quiet area of Biscarrosse Plage, we offer you a semi-detached duplex house at the foot of the dunes. Ideal for a weekend or more with family or friends to take surfing lessons or relax at the beach. The house comprises an entrance hall leading to the fully fitted and equipped kitchen (hob, oven, dishwasher...). You then enter the main room, with a sitting/dining area and a TV corner (no WIFI, but you can rent a box). A first bedroom with a 160cm double bed. A second bedroom with two 90cm single beds. A shower room and separate WC for added comfort. There's also a mezzanine with a 140cm bed, offering two extra beds. The residence's south-facing location and quiet location mean you can take full advantage of the terrace for meals and cocktails, and enjoy the warm weather. A private parking space is associated with the rental. You'll be able to park when you arrive, and if you wish, you'll be able to do everything on foot or by bike during your stay, perfect for enjoying restaurants with your feet in the sand, our bike paths and other privileged places in our region. A sunny vacation awaits you!

Located in the north of the resort, very close to the vivier beach, the house is in one of the quietest areas of Biscarrosse. You're just a 10-minute walk from the center and all the shops.
Biscarrosse is just a stone's throw from the Dune du Pyla, at the gateway to the wide ocean beaches of the Landes region, where you can take advantage of the 220 kms of cycle paths, discover the Bassin by boat, practice or learn to surf, paraglide over the Dune, multiply the golf courses, all while tasting the wines and oysters of the region. It's up to you to create your own program, according to your desires and the time of day. There's no doubt that the richness of the region, its natural environment and the diversity of possible activities will contribute to the success of your next vacation.
