Right on the front line of the ocean, the "LES SABLES" residence is right in the center of the Biscarrosse Plage resort, a lively area with restaurants right on the sand, surf school and summer stores. This studio is perfect for a weekend or more with family or friends. This functional studio has everything you need for your stay: Flat-screen TV (no WIFI, possibility of renting a box), washing machine/dryer, iron, clothes line... This pretty 33m² studio has a kitchen opening onto the main room with ceramic hob and microwave grill, as well as plenty of storage space, a living room with a 140cm sofa bed sleeping two, and a sleeping area with a 140cm bed in a separate cabin. There's also a separate toilet for added comfort, and a shower room. The apartment has no parking, but free parking spaces are available around the residence. You'll be able to park when you arrive, and if you wish, you can walk or cycle to everything during your stay, perfect for walking on the beach during sunset, discovering our cycle paths and other privileged places in our region. A sunny vacation awaits you!

The apartment is in a residence on the front line of the ocean, and very close to shops and the center of life. Biscarrosse is just a stone's throw from the Dune du Pyla, at the gateway to the wide ocean beaches of the Landes region, where you can take advantage of the 220 km of cycle paths, discover the Bassin by boat, practice or take up surfing, paraglide over the Dune, play numerous rounds of golf, and all the while sample the wines and oysters of the region. It's up to you to build your own program, according to your desires and your days. There's no doubt that the richness of the region, its natural environment and the diversity of possible activities will contribute to the success of your next vacation.
