Pleasant apartment but in case of high heat, lack of a fan or air conditioning. In addition, we were surprised by the obsolescence of the furniture. At this rental price.... ! Furniture under sink, bathroom and kitchen in particular. Rattan chair that we do not dare to use for fear of breaking it. Everything looks 30 years old! Modernization is required. Quiet building but surrounding noise very present with the road in the evening and the passage of garbage collectors in the morning from 5am. And when the French window door has to stay open because of the unbearable heat... it's guaranteed insomnia! Apart from that, it's very well located, near the beach of St Clair. Matches the description!
