Property for exclusive use
Casale Scope is made up of two adjacent farmhouses, for a total of 250 m2, capable of accommodating up to 14 people, with its 4 double bedrooms, one quadruple bedroom, two single sofa beds and 4 bathrooms. Set in an uncontaminated environment, in a panoramic position, it boasts large equipped outdoor areas, a private fenced swimming pool, wifi internet connection, barbecue and wood-burning oven. Suitable for groups of friends and large families.
Outdoor areas and swimming pool
The extensive grounds are characterized by well-kept terraces, partly used as gardens and partly for growing olive and fruit trees. The two houses are only a few meters from each other: both have equipped areas, a terrace or loggia as soon as you leave the kitchen or living room towards the outside, which is ideal for outdoor meals, with the possibility of using the barbecue and wood-burning oven. Situated in a dominant, sunny position, the bean-shaped swimming pool is fully fenced in for the safety of the little ones: it measures 4X8 with a constant depth of 1.50; it is paved all around and equipped with sunbeds, parasols and a shower. Parking inside the property.
Interiors
Both homes have been carefully restructured, retaining their original features through the use of many high-quality materials and unique furnishings. The stone house closest to the pool is laid out over 2 levels. From the covered loggia, access is gained to the first floor, which opens onto the spacious living room with fireplace and single sofa-bed, characterized by a display case containing a small collection of Second World War relics; next to it are the fully equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom with shower. The internal staircase leads to the second floor with 2 spacious double bedrooms, one with an additional bunk bed, and a bathroom with hydro-massage shower. Less than 10 meters away is the pink plastered house, also on 2 levels; on the first floor, it opens onto the characteristic living room with fireplace, the walls of which are decorated with original utensils from everyday country life. From here, access is gained to the dining room, which leads to the fully-equipped kitchen, with an exit to a corner equipped with table and chairs. The living room with fireplace leads to a second small living room with single sofa-bed and 1 bathroom with hydro-massage bathtub. An internal staircase leads to the second floor, with 3 double bedrooms and 1 bathroom with shower.
Location
The residence is part of a property that extends over a vast green area, in a hilly position in the famous Garfagnana region, in the Apuan Alps National Park, characterized by deep valleys and marble quarries. Completely immersed in nature, Casale Scope enjoys breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains.

Important information
Swimming pool open from 15/06 to 15/09. Only small pets allowed. The last kilometer of the road is not paved. Arrivals must take place between 4pm and 7pm.

The farmhouse is an excellent choice for vacations with large families or groups of friends looking for peace and quiet, who enjoy excursions into nature, into the great woods or into the mountains accessible in less than 1 hour by car. The beaches of Versilia are 50 km away, and the nearest airport is Pisa, 60 km away.
