The villa is located in the centre of the village, a stone's throw from all the shops, as well as very close to Avignon, a very touristy town and all its surroundings, and 3 kilometres from the motorway.
You only drive 70 kilometres to the beach and 50 kilometres to the mountains. You have many sites to visit in Les Beaux, St Rémy, Le Moulin de Daudet, Arles, Gordes, as well as the Drôme, Le Gard all very close to my home...
The villa is located in the centre of the village very close to the shops, and many buses run all day long.
You have a garden in front of the villa, as well as a 500-metre tree-lined green space behind the house with a large terrace and sunbathing facilities if you wish. I would like to point out that children can play and run safely.
You enter a veranda, you open the door and you are in the living room with on your left the 140 sofa bed lounge area, lounge table and in front of it a low furniture with TV, as well as a toad chair. on your left a chest containing everything you need to cook, and above a microwave. then dining area with 4 chairs. 120 2 bin sink with drainer, in the extension mixed cooker with oven, and fridge freezer; on your right a white buffet in which is located the crockery. You enter the room equipped with a 160cm bedding with a new shape memory mattress.
In front of the bed is a door that gives access to the toilet. A second door gives access to the bathroom equipped with an 80 cm shower tray with mixer tap, a wall heater, and then a piece of furniture with 130 cm basin. Above the cabinet is a 2-door mirror cabinet, and on the side a column with a door for storage. I would like to point out that you with the washing machine in the garage, just ask.
