Charming house of 100 m2, in the quiet village of Croix Chapeau located 15 minutes from La Rochelle, 10 minutes from Châtelaillon Plage, 20 minutes from Fouras, 15 minutes from the Ile de Ré, 45 minutes from Ile d ' Oléron, 45 minutes from the Marais Poitevin, 1 hour from Royan.

Weekly rental periods start on Saturday at 5:00pm and end on the following Saturday at 1 pm
Weekend rental periods start on Friday from 6:30pm and end on Sunday at 1pm
Entrances from Monday to Friday start at 6:30pm and departures at 1pm
