For a natural vacation ... Nestling at the foot of the medieval town of Séverac and its castle, camping _Les Calquières_ is ideally located on the border between Aveyron and Lozère, at the gateway to the Gorges du Tarn in the Grands Causses Natural Park, close to the A75 (2 kms) and numerous sites to visit such as the Gorges, the Lacs du Lévézou, the Roquefort caves, etc... Ideal for a _sporting_ or _discovering_ vacation, yet close to all amenities!

A comfortable campsite in Aveyron: Restaurant, heated indoor/outdoor swimming pool. Private wellness area with SPA, Sauna and hydromassage (extra charge).
The "Les Calquières" campsite team will do everything in its power to ensure that your vacation takes place in the best possible conditions, with the following facilities at your disposal:
2 toilet blocks, WC cabins, washing machines, dishwashers, children's playground, entertainment area, TV area, bar, restaurant.
The "Les Calquières" campsite also offers you the chance to play sports with family and friends, with hiking trails starting from the campsite, a tennis court and a heated, covered swimming pool.
The Lac de la Cisba and its nautical base are about 2 km away.

Séverac le Château Map of France, location of Camping les Calquières in southern Aveyron, at Séverac le ChâteauA natural gateway to the Aveyron department, Séverac-le-Château is a subtle blend of heritage and modernity. At the crossroads of the A75 freeway and the RN88 expressway, it lies at the crossroads of the Rodez and Millau basins. The town's illustrious château offers a stunning panoramic view over the plain where the Aveyron rises. Nestling at the foot of the castle, the Cité Médiévale enchanted visitors with its corbelled houses, narrow streets, porches and staircases. Numerous activities allow visitors to discover the life of the troubadours and the cuisine of the Middle Ages.
Our bungalows are equipped with a duckboard terrace - large fridge/conservator - electric hotplates - wifi included (2 devices not simultaneous).
