The ALVA PARK building located in a unique enclave of the Costa Brava, is a 1-minute walk from the quiet Fenals Beach. It has an elegant garden with a magnificent designer pool. The building has a concierge service, elevator and a magnificent outdoor pool. Ideal for family rest. It has air conditioning and optional wifi. The apartment has two independent rooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, one of them with access to the main terrace. Bathroom with a large rectangular bathtub. Spacious living room with plasma TV and fully equipped kitchen. Bed linen and towels are also provided.

In the vicinity of the apartment there is a wide variety of bars and restaurants as well as supermarkets and shops. There is a round-trip bus to Lloret center every 30 min.
