This building is located in a privileged enclosure of the Costa Brava, next to the attractive and quiet Cala Sa Boadella, where the traveler can contemplate a virtually untouched landscape. It is located in one of the most exclusive residential areas of the area, surrounded by nature and gardens ideal for family relaxation. It is a duplex apartment with a large balcony terrace and a 50m2 rooftop solarium. It has a living room with a flat-screen TV and a dining table, a fully equipped kitchenette with a washing machine, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher and a private bathroom with a bathtub. It has two independent rooms, one with a double bed with direct access to the terrace, and the other with two single beds. Bed linen and towels are also provided. Paid parking option.

Nice apartment, too bad there is a busy street on the terrace side /not enough kitchen utensils /small coffee maker /no tea towel /staying 15 days and no change of sheets and towels you have to do it yourself. There is a TV but no French channel so no interest. The residence is well placed to go to the beach /superb swimming pool .

Apartment at the top with the whole family! Only the kitchen equipment was too limited (no strainer, no salt, no dishwashing liquid, etc.). However, you need a car because the first shops are a little far away. Otherwise the apartment and the setting are great.
