Fully-renovated, single-storey house with sea view, 5 minutes' walk from the heavenly Santa-Giulia beach, 3 rooms, sleeps 6, all comforts, 7 minutes' drive from Porto-Vecchio town center (small buses are available to take you up to the old town) and seaport, and 30 minutes' drive from Figari airport.
Fully-equipped kitchen, very large fridge with freezer and fresh-water dispenser, 4-burner ceramic hob, designer extractor hood, electric coffee maker + espresso maker, toaster, numerous kitchen utensils, air-conditioning, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher. Large sitting area with pull-out bed (2 x 90 cm beds), very good mattress for 2 people, 2 screens to separate the sitting area from the kitchen, TV with demodulator, air-conditioning, large sideboard. Garden at the entrance to the house. another large living/dining room opening onto the terrace, with TV and demodulator, air-conditioning, a rapido sofa that opens very easily in 4 seconds, good 140 cm mattress, small table-top fridge for cold drinks and electric kettle for hot drinks, large sideboard, plus a small sideboard (can be used as a chest of drawers) with large bay window and two large sliding windows, blackout curtains for the night, opening onto the 20 m² terrace, equipped with garden furniture, folding wooden chairs and large table for 6/8 with extensions, relaxer, barbecue, folding clothesline. Enchanting view of the sea, mountains and maquis.

The house is located 5 minutes' walk from the magnificent and heavenly beach of Santa Giulia and the local shops. The swimming pool in the residence is free, but consumption is compulsory as it belongs to the residence's bar-restaurant. All nearby activities, amusement park by car every evening in summer. In Porto Vecchio, free buses run every quarter-hour to take you to the citadel. A car is not necessary but recommended. You can connect to the wifi with your laptop. The deposit must be paid on arrival (if you don't have a checkbook, please bring cash).
