Lovely house with classic, soothing decor, sea views and situated at the top of an 1800 m² landscaped garden.
This house will seduce you with its spaciousness and its immediate proximity to the port and its shops. The house includes:

- A kitchen (7m²) opening onto the dining room, fitted and very well equipped (cookware, fishmonger, all-purpose cooker, traditional piano, Nespresso coffee machine, blender).
- A laundry room (5m²) accessible via the kitchen, with 1 second fridge-freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, shower cubicle and washbasin.
- Separate WC.
- Dining room (28m²) with table and chairs. (fireplace not usable).
- A living room (22m²) with armchairs, sofas, TV, wifi, stereo, DVD player, stove and 1 piano. You'll see the sea in the distance.

You'll also find two terraces. The first faces the sea, the second is surrounded by greenery with a well-kept garden. The house is high up, which may make access difficult for some people.
The Agence's choice of this house is explained by its proximity to the port of Sauzon (2 minutes' walk) and the shops, as well as by its profoundly tranquil atmosphere.
