Large family house ideal for those who wish to disconnect from daily stress and immerse themselves in the nature and tranquility of the Empordá.
Three double rooms. 1 big double bed 1,60cm x 2,00cm, 2 x twin rooms, 1 full shower room, 1 separate WC, 1 exterior shower. All the rooms are spacious.
Ground floor: all bedrooms, bathroom, open plan lounge / dining / kitchen area.
First floor: 2nd lounge area, terrace, WC.
Large swimming pool 8x3m and terrace in a beautiful garden of 1000m2. Relax, reading a good book, swimming in the pool, strolling through country lanes of the area, taking excursions to the nearby villages and towns, enjoying the River Ter that surrounds us, visiting the coastal and fishing villages, eating and drinking the little well known Emporda wines in the numerous restaurants.
15kms to the best beaches and coves of l´Emporda. L'Escala 15 minutes. Quiet location with several golf courses and pitch & putt courses between 10 and 40kms. Sant Martí d'Empúries, L'Escala, Sant Pere Pescador, Roses are all within a short distance (15kms).
There is a local restaurant, where you can eat the daily menu, sandwiches or tapas. The village of Camallera also has several bars, a pharmacy, a supermarket and a bank.
You can find all sorts of sporting activities within a short distance such as walking, cycling, diving, parachuting, skydiving, karting, horseback riding (close to home) sailing, windsurfing, Golf, tennis, water sports, kayaking, boat trips, Jet ski, diving, amusement park, Spa, vineyard, Kite surfing and much more. Also very close on the road to Colomers kayaking on the river Ter 2.5 hours until you reach the town of Verges.
As you are in the Dalí triangle, you could visit the Dalí Museum in Figueres, his residence in Port Lligat (Cadaques) and the castle of Púbol.

Its old town is one of the most attractive historical centers of Catalonia with certain unique elements in Europe and exceptionally well preserved as the Jewish quarter, the spectacular wall Carolingian or the grandeur of the Gothic nave of his cathedral the widest in the world.
