Near beach and small shops - In a vacation residence with communal pool (open mid-June to mid-July), 3-storey house comprising an entrance hall, toilet, living room with sitting area (sofa, sideboard, coffee table, TV), dining area (table, 4 chairs) and kitchenette area (4-burner hob, fridge-freezer, mini-oven, microwave, dishwasher...).
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms and a bathroom (shower, washbasin).
Bedroom n°1: 1 x 160 cm + wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: 2 x 90 cm + chest of drawers.
WIFI access.
Garden shed with washing machine. Enclosed garden with terrace and garden furniture (table, 4 chairs, 4 chairs, parasol, barbecue).
Parking space.
Pets not allowed. Sheets and household linen not provided. Tourist tax not included.
End-of-stay cleaning optional (+75€), to be booked with the agency.
A cleaning deposit may be required.
