L'AVOCETTE - Family home for 7 people
L'avocette is located at Domaine en Ré in La Couarde-sur-mer, close to the beach and village center.
The house
On the first floor, you'll find a fully-equipped kitchen that opens onto the living room's dining area via a pass-through.
The living room also features a bright lounge and opens onto the terrace.
The study, with its window to the front of the house, has a foldaway bed.
Upstairs are three bedrooms, two with 140 cm beds, and the third with two 90 cm beds.
There's also a shower room with washing machine and a bathroom.
Enclosed garden to the rear of the house with terrace, deckchairs and barbecue.
Aminals authorized on request.

La Couarde sur mer enjoys a privileged location in the heart of the Île de Ré, combining the charm and authenticity of Ré la Blanche.
Its 5 km long beaches are reputed to be among the most beautiful on the island, and indeed on the entire Atlantic coast.
Come and discover its white streets lined with hollyhocks and its friendly market with stalls selling fresh produce and local crafts.

For your convenience, end-of-stay cleaning is included. Linen will also be left for you on arrival by our service provider LOCLINGE and returned at the end of your stay.
Please note that beds are not made up on arrival unless you wish, for a supplement of €5 per bed, to be ordered 10 days before your arrival.
As a general rule, arrivals are from 4 pm to 8 pm, and departures from 8 am to 10 am. For arrivals and departures before 8am and after 8pm, an additional charge will be applied:
